Our Panel of Consultants
We believe that our clients deserve quality service and professional advice. Our consultants bring with them diversified but complementing backgrounds. As a team, we offer our clients rich, practical and tested commercial advice harnessed through years of hands-on experience and exposure across multiple disciplines, industries and cultures.

SOPHIA LEE, Executive Director
Sophia Lee founded Bridge Gap Services in March 2008 and is currently the Executive Director of the firm. Prior to this, she had extensive regional experience gained while working at US, Canadian and German-based multi-nationals. Her responsibilities spanned across multiple disciplines including Finance, Human Resources, Administration, IT and Purchasing. Her most recent role before being bitten by the entrepreneur bug was as a Senior Director - Finance & Business Administration, with a Canadian MNC.

Her educational credentials include FCCA (Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FCPA (Fellow, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore). Sophia is also a member of SIATP (Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professional) - Income Tax.

She has been part of several new start-ups during her career. Read on.

STEVEN NG, Principal Consultant

Prior to joining the Company in April 2013, Steven holds a senior position as well as serves on the Board of Directors in several companies both in Singapore and overseas. He brings with him more than 26 years of work experience in the hospitality & leisure travel industry. His last job was with an internationally reputed Company specializing in leisure travel in South East Asia with operating offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

He was instrumental is the setting up of completely new accounting systems; management controls & reporting in Myanmar in 1995. He also revamped and implemented key changes to accounting systems in companies.

He was also involved in pre-opening of a hotel in Indonesia and on work exchange program in Malaysia. His strong analytical skills will provide an added service level vital to our commitment in providing a highest degree of competency in all areas of services that Bridge Gap offers.

Steven is a FCCA (Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FCPA (Fellow, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore).

MADHUKAR AHUJA, Consultant
Madhukar Ahuja is a Chartered Accountant and a Masters in Business Administration. He has over 28 years of experience in large American multi-national companies including Johnson & Johnson, Motorola and Apple Computer. At Johnson & Johnson he held positions of Executive Director of Worldwide Office of Healthcare Compliance, Asia Pacific and Regional Finance Director, Asia Pacific.

JULIA KWOK, Consultant
Born in China, Julia was raised in Hong Kong and received her tertiary education in Australia. She has a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from the Monash University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She now resides with her husband and daughters in Singapore. With her multi-cultural and expansive work exposure, Julia’s regional work experience includes China, Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Her experience includes: Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, IT, Purchasing and Logistics. She has also been instrumental in business development initiatives particularly in the Food & Beverages and Education industries.

She has held several leadership roles with regional responsibilities including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and is currently serving on the Board of a well-known listed Company. Read on..
