Amongst other involvements, Sophia played an instrumental role in helping those organizations in areas including:
- setting up the legal framework and business infrastructure;
- recruiting and training the pioneer and subsequent workforce;
- drafting and implementing business processes, policies and procedures;
- being the project leader in evaluating and implementing multi-site ERP systems,
- working with government agencies on grants and preferential tax schemes
- developing and executing business plans and financial budgets which are aligned to the company’s strategies and growth plans
- Sophia was honored to be an invited speaker at 2 Marcus Evans Annual Conferences on Internal Control & Risk Management in Shanghai and Korea.
