Bridge Gap offers a platform for job seekers and employers to start that first connection. It is our objective to be an effective conduit between employers requiring experienced, qualified resources and competent, enthusiastic job seekers keen on utilizing their skills and knowledge.

It is important to us that we understand our clients’ requirements so that we can present suitably qualified candidates to our clients.

Our process includes:
•Engaging our clients to gain a good understanding of their requirements
•Conducting a search through our network, database, advertisement or direct contact to targeted individuals depending on the position and sensitivity of the search
•Conducting the initial screening and profile matching of candidates
•Presenting the short-listed candidates to our clients for consideration
•Coordinating interview arranging and conducting post-interview reviews with clients

We also provide bridging resources to new start-ups who require expertise to provide Finance oversight before they recruit their Finance team or as an independent resource for overseas MNCs operating on a lean resource strategy and which requires an independent party to fulfill the Finance, HR and administrative responsibilities.
